There are a number or packages available at Loke Interiors, from a complete decorative re-design service to a room refresh with a colour scheme and paint schedule. However, I work with each client to create the right design service to achieve the interior of your dreams. Therefore I can create a bespoke package for all, or design guidance on an hourly basis, just get in touch and we can discuss the best approach for you.
Project management
On top of the package price I can also offer a project management service for the works on site and to manage the trade services. This is charged at a fee of 15% of the final fee of each service. So for example if you builder costs are £2,500 the cost would be £375 for Loke Interiors to project manage them.
Design amends
Every quote given to my clients clearly explains the services Loke Interiors will deliver and includes an opportunity to discuss and agree the design direction. Sometimes further changes need to be made and they are charged at an hourly rate of £45 per hour, this would always be discussed and agreed with you beforehand.
Shopping service
Loke Interiors can also provide a purchasing provision to take away the hassle of purchasing the fixtures, fittings and accessories yourself. Or we can take a shopping trip together. This would be charged at an hourly rate of £35 an hour plus travel expenses.
Lighting plans
These are often referred to by electricians as Reflected Ceiling Plans (RCP) and they show lighting and electrical configurations in a the form of a floorplan, but flipped to show the ceiling. They use symbols to show the placement and types of light fittings, switches, fans, TV, data, phones etc in each room. They are, shall we say, the superhero of interior design plans and a map for your electrician and builder!
Loke Interiors can conduct a lighting survey for you and calculate exactly what type of lighting is required in your space to give the best combination of natural and artificial lighting in your space to achieve your desired design outcomes. Of course you will still need to have your plans approved by a qualified electrician but involving Loke Interiors’ expertise means turning your ideas into a beautifully reflected reality, making your space uniquely yours.
Space planning and 3D images
Sometime you simply need you space drawn up using floor plans to work out a new configuration, or perhaps you have plans drawn by a builder or architect and you want to tweak them. Loke Interiors can draw floor plans and 3D room mock ups to help you visualize your space before you commit to the next step.
Space planning is a great way to ensure everything you want in your space fits in, flowing seamlessly and functioning while also looking great. Floor plans give you a birds eye view of the complete design including doors, windows and furniture, a blueprint for your perfect space. 3D images are where all the magic happens, they enable you to step into your redesigned space before the real transformation happens.
Elevations
Loke Interiors loves to design and draw tailor-made furniture and room layouts. These are often referred to as elevations. They are design sketches or technical drawings that showcase walls like an artistic drawing and are used to plan where every element of your furniture will go or how a bespoke cabinet might look.
